What is it?
The DELF (Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française, for beginner and intermediate students) and the DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française, for advanced students) are the official diplomas issued by the French Ministry of Education to certify your French language proficiency.
The DELF and DALF comprise 6 independent diplomas, corresponding to the six levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL). For each level, the four (4) skills are assessed: listening, speaking, reading and writing. These diplomas are recognised and used in about 173 countries and hold a lifelong validity. The assessors are trained by authorized experts from CIEP (Centre International d’Études Pédagogiques – International Centre for Pedagogical Studies), thus ensuring worldwide uniform standards of evaluation.
The Alliance française, Panjim is the only authorised exam centre for the DELF and the DALF in Goa. Our institute helps you to prepare yourself for these exams through the general French courses and the “preparation for DELF” workshops that we organise.
