There have been 200,000 Korean children spread throughout the world since the end of the Korean War.
Born in 1965 in Seoul and adopted in 1971 by a Belgian family, Jung is one of them.

Adapted from the graphic novel of the same name, the film goes back over some key moments of Jung’s life: the orphanage, his arrival in Belgium, family life, difficult adolescence… It relates the events that led him to accept his uprooting, identity, integration, maternal love, all in a reconstructed and blended family. Themes are treated equally with poetry, humor and emotion. Directed in an astonishing mixture of real and drawn images, between the present and memories, using historic and family archives, this is an autobiographical animated narrative that explores new lands.
